  • How can I provide feedback to the AI CoP?
  • What is the AI platform currently being utilized at SCORE and why?
    • SCORE utilizes tools within Google Workspace, including Google Gemini, to enhance productivity and collaboration. While we leverage Google's solutions as part of our technology ecosystem, it's important to note that this does not constitute a formal partnership with Google.

Google Workspace is a cloud-based productivity and collaboration suite that combines popular Google applications into one platform, which includes:

      • Communication: Gmail, Contacts, Meet, and Chat
      • Storage: Drive
      • Content creation: Google Docs Editors suite
      • Collaboration: Work on documents and spreadsheets from multiple devices, even offline
      • Presentation: Add speaker notes to slide shows

      Benefits of Google Workspace:

      • Enterprise-grade security in the cloud
      • Flexible storage
      • Scalability as the organization grows
      • A cohesive platform for collaboration, file storage, and schedule management

      Large Language Models Comparison:

Large Language Models like ChatGPT and Google Gemini share similar functions, such as text generation, answering questions, summarizing content, translation, and code generation. Both can integrate with tools for customer service, tutoring, and creative content.

      Differences include:

      • GPT-4 (paid) offers more nuanced, contextually relevant responses and fewer errors than GPT-3.5 (free).
      • ChatGPT is preferred for conversational AI and creative text generation.
      • Google Gemini excels in multimodal processing, handling diverse data types with versatility.
      • Bing Copilot is ideal for code generation and integration with the Microsoft ecosystem.

For beginners, ChatGPT3.5 or Google Gemini may suffice. Advanced users may prefer GPT-4 for its capabilities.
