Individuals requesting sign language interpreters are responsible for escorting interpreters to the meeting site when an escort is required. Please make sure your point of contact information is correct for each event. Interpreting services must be requested in writing and can be submitted via email. Interpreting services should be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the event but please allow as much advance notice as possible.
