Client Intake Coordinators, also known as CICs, are responsible for connecting SCORE clients with certified Mentors in Engage.. CICs can serve one or more chapters and are critical to the success of SCORE clients.
When making client assignments, CICs must use the Mentoring Request (MRE) information submitted by the client, as well as their understanding of SCORE mentoring and resources, to make the best possible match. Below are some helpful guides and resources for CICs to help inform the client assignment process.
