Ron Barkley, of SCORE Spokane, recently received a referral from a Florida chapter. The client was approved for an SBA loan over a year ago and as a result of a mix-up at her bank the funds were returned to SBA. When the client contacted SBA she was told the loan had been repaid. After a year of trying to solve the problem for over a year, she contacted a SCORE office in her area.

The local chapter did a search for someone with SBA experience and Ron's name was on the top of the list. After talking with the client Ron contacted Joel Nania and the Seattle SBA office. After talking with the Seattle SBA, they determined what the problem was and suggested that Ron have the client call them directly.

Thanks to Ron and the "One Score" network - the client was able to get an SBA loan and all is well resolved!
