Yesterday I did the SCORE Chapter review for the Manasota SCORE Chapter. I took pleasure in doing this review. I was thoroughly impressed by this “top of class” organization - the Manasota SCORE Chapter. They are a terrific example of how to manage a group of volunteers to get fantastic results, maintain morale, and make a great impact on the small business community in their area. In addition: 
The SCORE Manasota chapter was recently recognized as top of its district, 9th overall among over 300 chapters nationally, and a Diamond Excellence chapter. Their clients awarded them a world class satisfaction measure in NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 93.7%!

Their impact on our local communities in Sarasota and Manatee counties last year includes:

• 107 New Businesses Started
• 716 Jobs Created
• 6,667 Free Mentoring and Educational Services Delivered.

This is the first time I have sent an email to commend one of our SBA resource partners after doing a review of one of their offices.
