Chris-Anna Lazar of Cleveland SCORE recently pulled off a "Texas Hat Trick" - four back-to-back NPS '10's in four days - see client comments below.

Chris-Anna recently joined SCORE April 2021 and has quickly become a top mentor and a chapter leader. 

In addition to being one of Cleveland's "agile" fast-cycle-time mentors, she has quickly stepped forward to play several key chapter leadership roles:

• member of the chapter's CIC team rotation
• Coach for new provisional mentors
• and delivers local client webinars in her spare time ;-}

She is currently assessing Cleveland SCORE's community partner strategy & implementation to help identify areas for improved leverage.

Chris-Anna is playing a key role in polishing the SCORE brand in Northeast Ohio.
