SCORE Indianapolis has been in the news lately! SCORE Indianapolis client Kristopher Loving has been interviewed and featured in four articles across four news sources. Loving started the non-profit Save Our Sports designed to assist sports referees in reaching resources so they may succeed.  “'Many people are aware there’s an officiating crisis in the country, in every sport, every community,' Loving said. 'And that’s affecting youth sports, high school sports, recreation sports, where people, kids and families are not able to play their games because there are not enough officials'" reported Elissa Maudlin in Current. Loving has worked with two SCORE Indianapolis mentors, Bill Petrovic and Bob Miramonti. "'Our lightbulb moment was ‘you know you’re really doing a big service,’ Petrovic recalled saying to Loving. 'You can learn how to be a good person from being good at some occupation, including being a referee. There’s a lot of life experience that can come out of this.'" You can read that quote and more in The Hamilton County Reporter here which was also shared in the Indianapolis Patch here

Loving's non-profit was mentioned again, alongside two others working to rebuild the number of folks working in refereeing, in a fourth article in the Indiana Business Journal. You can read the full article here

Congratulations SCORE Indianapolis on these four articles and getting SCORE's name out in the media!
