Under the leadership of Ray Berger, the Regional Vice President for the new North Midwest Region, Tom Hughes and Larry Spelhaug have created a new workshop program for the Washington District which will go into effect on January 1st, 2024. All virtual workshops will be free to access and cloned for all chapters within the Washington district.

Here is what RVP Ray Berger had to say about this program, "The smaller District Chapters will have the opportunity to market, locally fundraise and collect their CC listings, and reach out to their zip code attendees for mentoring services and volunteer recruitment. It will make their great websites even more robust! There will be a district marketing committee for e-blasts and new social media marketing. By expanding workshop attendees with the excellent programming and the growing mentor services, it promises to be a very productive year".
