At a recent SCORE Indianapolis chapter meeting held at a co-working space, Chapter Chair Tom Morgan recognized some of the chapter's high-performing mentors. Each month, Morgan reviews the previous month's NPS score and recognizes each mentor who receives a 9 or 10 from their client surveys. They call this the "Big 10" Award and those who qualify receive a PayDay candy bar and get their photo taken. Mentors who have over 100 mentoring sessions in the fiscal year receive a supersized Candybar and get their photo taken as well. Morgan likes to share some of the comments from feedback surveys as well to motivate and recognize these hard-working mentors. Below are some photos of the most recent chapter recognition!
