While the current state may not reflect every detail and nuance of how each Chapter currently operates, it illustrates that the majority of responsibilities currently fall on chapter members to manage and follow up on.

In the future state, much of this administrative burden is shifted from chapter volunteers to a dedicated, full-time staff member. This transition streamlines the process and promotes a more consistent and efficient volunteer experience across all chapters, regardless of location.
